Refund policy

If you’re here it means that you would like to exchange or return your Jampis.
No worries, there is no problem at all, let’s get to it!
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. It will mean a lot to us if you let us know the reason for your return. If it's a color or size exchange we will cover the shipping, if it's a return Jampis doesn't cover the cost.

Once you understand and agree with these terms, you can send an e-mail asking for your petition to hello@jampisleep.com indicating your name and order number. 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
