SIZES AND CARE OF JAMPIS

What size am I? Take a look of our size chart in the shopping menu.

Is my size available? There is always stock unless indicated otherwise. In case of being out of stock in a size and color, it will be indicated, on our website. You can check if your size is available in another color or generate a pre-order, we will send it to you as soon as it's available.

How long does a Jampis last? Jampis Pyjamas are made of 100% organic cotton and last a long time as long as you take good care of them.

How can I take care of my Jampis? Wash at a maximum of 30 degrees and never put in the dryer, let it dry in the open air. You will always get a better result if you iron it.


ORDERS

How do I know my order has been processed correctly? You will receive a purchase and shipping confirmation email.

What is my order's current status ? You will receive an email with your dispatch number so you're able to track down your order instantly.

How do promotional codes work? If you have a promotional code, write down the code in the payment area and the discount will be applied automatically.

How can I buy an item that is out of stock? Once the stock of the first limited edition is sold out, we produce on demand. You can generate a pre-order and we will sent it to you as soon as possible. Keep in mind though that we are a small company and our pace is sustainable.

PAYMENT

What payment methods do you accept? Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay.

My payment has failed. What should I do? Refresh the page and try again, you shouldn't have any more problems. 

SHIPMENTS

How much does the shipping cost? We cover 50% cost af all shipments to the Peninsula and shipping is free if you order more than one pyjamas. You'll find the cost in the payment area for the rest of the shipments.

How long does it take until I receive my order? You will receive your Jampis according to the timings established by Correos. Shipments are made from Monday to Friday.

Delivery adress error: Contact the shipping company assigned to you and provide them with your dispatch number.

I was not at home when the order was being delivered: Contact the shipping company that has been assigned to you and provide them with your dispatch number.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

DAMAGED PRODUCTS

What happens if I receive damaged pyjamas? This should not happen, but in this case contact us at hello@jampisleep.com and we will solve the problem.
